Alex & Joy met when both were working for the then “Royal Insurance” back in the 1970s.

Alex, a qualified Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and an Affiliate member of the IMI headed up Sales Management teams for major Insurers and Brokers for over 30 years and began his compliance experience in 1985 with the introduction of regulation into the Life & Pensions Industry.

When FSA regulation extended into the Motor Trade in 2005, Alex saw the opportunity to use his wide insurance and compliance knowledge and apply it to the many regulatory rules.

Alex was known as TTC’s compliance “guru”!!

Joy played many roles throughout her career in general insurance; underwriter, claims manager, training manager being just a few of them. Her penchant for all things theatrical provided the perfect base for creative, interactive training sessions on all compliance issues and processes.

Their joint talents produced the perfect combination to provide the services which TTC Compliance & Training Ltd became known for within the Retail Motor Trade throughout the UK.

Now settling into retirement, Joy and Alex are delighted to leave TTC in the very capable hands of Neil & Stuart to take the business forward.
